Sardine and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients: Large mushrooms, canned sardines, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Instructions: Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside. In a bowl, mix drained canned sardines, cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Fill each mushroom cap with the sardine mixture. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
